After completing the P2P internship program, the top students from our Cohort 2025–26 are stepping into an exclusive 1-year mentorship program.

This mentorship will pair them with industry professionals to sharpen their skills, expand their networks, and develop their leadership potential preparing them to become the innovators, change-makers, and leaders of tomorrow.

The P2P Programme identifies talented students and nurtures their potential. While the internship helped them explore careers, build technical skills, and discover their passions, mentorship provides the next crucial step: guidance from professionals who can turn ambition into real-world success.

This year-long mentorship focuses on critical skills such as leadership, integrity, problem-solving, teamwork, and professional development all essential for making a lasting impact in their chosen fields.

Meet some of our exceptional students:

Khalid discovered a passion for neurosurgery and artificial organ research. The internship taught him the importance of focus, ethics, and empathy and mentorship will help him translate these lessons into action.

Favour explored technology, fashion, and culinary arts, ultimately finding her niche in UI/UX design. Mentorship will support her in building real-world experience in tech while pursuing his diverse interests.

Emmanuel transitioned from zoology and geology to web design, AI, and robotics. The mentorship will allow him to collaborate with professionals and develop innovative tech solutions that make a real difference.
